I choose some landscapes and people pictures by Thomas Ekström which is really soothing.

I was born in 1983, started photographing in 2004. Went to the UK and did a BA in Photography at UCCA between 2005-2008. Moved to Oslo, Norway in late 2008. The future is unwritten.

The British photographer David Parker investigates landscapes in a contemporarty way through the medium of large-scale, black and white photography. The serie I'm showing here is the Siren serie: long exposure shots of random islands and rocks in the middle of nowhere. To me, Parker's landscapes are dreamy, and indeed siren. They give me a mistic, empty feeling. A world that isn't discovered yet.

These are some pictures of the serie 'Fallen' of the photographer Toby Burrows. I found it when I was going true some blogs. I really the strange sort of peace in the pictures.
